Matthew Matt James, born 5 December 1991 in North Carolina. Matthew Matt James is a mixed-race child of Manny James (of Jamaican descendance) along with Patty James. He is the son of Nigerian and his mother caucasian American. In 2010 James graduated from Sanderson High School. Then the following year, he attended Wake Forest University in order to earn a Bachelor's degree in Science in Economics. James became famous when he became a reality television star in The Bachelorette. The Bachelor season 25 premiered in the year 2021. The next Bachelor was James who was the only African American to play the main character. James was a perfect fit for the role as his height is tall, handsome and well-rounded and has a good sense of comedy. Rachael Krkconnell was selected to be his partner for the entire season. The following year, in 2021, he was joined with the well-known dancer Arnold for season 30 Dancing with the Stars. James as well as Arnold were ranked 12th.
